Application I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TELUS (Calgary, AB) in Nov 2022 Interview1st phone interview with HR.
Then a Google meet virtual interview with 2 people, 2 branch managers.
Asked a list of questions.
- why Telus
- what do you know about Telus
- why telecommunications industry
- what do you know about certain policy
- what strength did your past manager talk about
- what weakness
- how to handle difficult customer
- what is your long term goal
Difficult questions than expected regarding telecom industry and policies. Did not do well, did not have good answers and asked to think about the question. Interviewers visibly laughed at answers.
